lots of fun June 24, 2010 Draper (Easley, SC USA) Very fun game for kids. But my 5 yr old is having a hard time catching the disks, I think he just needs more practice :)
The best toy purchase for Christmas! April 7, 2010 Farm Mom of 8 (USA) This toy is the most fun we have had in ages! I gave it 5 stars for educational value because it provides good hand-eye coordination practice, helps with balance and large motor skills. That is why I bought it - but it turned out the whole family loves it - even the 70 year old gramma! My only complaint would have been that the discs are easy to lose, but [...] sells replacement discs for $2 per set - you can't beat that. Great toy, very durable, and a ton of fun.
Fun but not durable March 13, 2010 D. Usher (Mobile, AL) Bought this for my nephew who loves to play catch. He loved it and played for 2 days straight. I had some problems from the start, but it worked well enough. After 2 days it broke and we had to return it. Very disappointing.
scrambling for roots suffixes and prefixes February 8, 2010 Victoria M. Lamkey (wichita KS) I used this toy in an educational setting for alternative high school students needing a multiple intelligence approach. I would give a definition of a root, prefix or suffix used on the Kansas State reading Assessment... if it was accurate you could catch a red disc if not catch a yellow disc.... some students caught while others launched and then places were traded keeping a lot of students running, thinking and engaged.
Great idea for a game, but poorly made. January 20, 2010 To be honest, I probably should have returned this game. Maybe I just have a lemon, but half of the time the motor doesn't turn on and when it actually does turn on, the discs come out sporadically. When the game actually works, the kids have a blast but it's frustrating because my help is always needed to "fix" the game. It's a good concept, just poorly executed.
